GlassBuddy is a software-as-a-service product for businesses in India to manage quotes, customers, invoices, jobs, inventory, and accounting. We provide it via the website at glassbuddy.in and any mobile applications we may release.

You must create an account to use GlassBuddy. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

We offer a 7-day free trial without requiring payment details. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue. If you don't, your workspace will be paused — your data is preserved for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

• Subscriptions are billed per active user, monthly or annually in advance.
• All prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and bank transfer.
• Adding users mid-cycle will be pro-rated. Removing users takes effect at the next billing cycle (no mid-cycle refunds).
• If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. After 7 days of failed payment, your workspace will be paused.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscriptions are honoured at their original price until renewal.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will not be billed again, but no refunds for time already paid (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).

All business data you create or upload — customers, quotes, invoices, line items, attachments — remains yours. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export it at any time as CSV or PDF.

You grant GlassBuddy a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, especially GSTIN and tax information that affects invoicing.

You agree not to:

• Use GlassBuddy for illegal activities or to evade tax obligations.
• Issue invoices for transactions that did not occur, or otherwise commit fraud.
• Reverse-engineer the service, copy our code, or build a competing product using our infrastructure.
• Send spam, phishing emails, or abusive messages through any GlassBuddy feature (including customer-facing quote links).
• Attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with the security of the service.
• Resell or sublicense GlassBuddy to third parties without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and emergency maintenance without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, but we will work quickly to restore service.

GlassBuddy, the GlassBuddy name, the logo, the website, and all software are owned by GlassBuddy Software Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any of this. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service while your subscription is active.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassBuddy's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data not caused by our gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify GlassBuddy against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the service, your business data, your invoices to your customers, or your tax compliance.

Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. If you terminate, your subscription continues until the end of the paid period. If we terminate for cause (violation of these terms), termination is effective immediately and no refund is due.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
